Editorial policy

Clear guidance. Careful claims. Useful context.

This policy explains how the Tai Chi website approaches its blog guides, wellness tools, source links, and updates.

Purpose and scope

Our articles and calculator pages are made for general wellness education. They are intended to help readers explore Tai Chi, mindful movement, balance awareness, basic activity concepts, and everyday routines. They are not a substitute for individual medical, nutrition, rehabilitation, or mental-health advice.

Sources and claims

When a topic calls for external context, we may link to recognised public-health bodies and public health-information services. A source link is included for reader reference; it does not imply that an organisation has reviewed, partnered with, or endorsed Tai Chi.

We avoid language that claims to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or guarantee outcomes. We use conditional wording where appropriate, such as “may support” or “can be one gentle option,” and we state important limits when a topic overlaps with health concerns.

Tools and estimates

Website calculators provide broad estimates based on the information a visitor enters. They do not account for every personal factor and should not be used to make clinical decisions. Each tool includes a result explanation and an appropriate wellness disclaimer.

Updates and corrections

We may update articles to improve clarity, refresh source links, add internal guidance, or correct factual errors. The date shown on an article indicates its most recent material update. To report a concern, email alexlibyebye@gmail.com.
